The short version of our agreement with you.
Trial and subscriptions
New accounts include a 3-day free trial with no payment details required. Paid plans are billed yearly in US Dollars and are shown inclusive of the features listed on the pricing page. Plans limit the number of locations you may operate.
Rewards are yours to honour
You define the rewards, their validity and their redemption rules. We record and verify redemption codes; fulfilling the reward at your counter is your obligation to your customer.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to send unsolicited marketing, to collect data you have no right to collect, to run misleading promotions, or to attempt to bypass scan limits, rate limits or access controls.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided as is. Planned maintenance will be announced in the dashboard where practical.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or attempt to compromise other businesses' data. Write to hello@loyalflow.sg for account closure.
